Craig Cohen
Owner
Craig moved to South Florida in 1978 from Philadelphia. His dad had been in the pool business in Philadelphia and relocated to Florida. Craig moved here and began working in the home improvement area and gradually became involved in the swimming pool business. You could say it was in his blood. He has now been building pools in South Florida for over 30 years. Every client is treated with the respect and care as if they are a family member. Integrity is important to Craig and everyone on his team has the same philosophy.

Joseph Palma has been a certified licensed pool contractor for over 40 years and his Partner Craig Cohen have been in business together for over 30 years in South Florida. They both have a strong belief in delivering quality service to their clients from start to finish. Treasure Pools is one of the few South Florida pool companies who have employees on staff to work on every aspect of a pool job. Most pool company’s contract out the work, Treasure Pools believes in accountability, so when you hire them, the workers at your home are a Treasure Pools employee, and most of them have been with the company for over 10 years.

Scott Decker is the General Manager at Treasure Pools. Scott has been in the pool construction for over 40 years. Since 1992 he has held a state certification as a contractor for residential swimming pools. Scott is always challenging himself to create the exact vision wanted and never falls short of that. Being in the pool business for over 40 years, and owning his own business for 25 years, he always in the know about the evolving trends happening in this ever changing industry. We are lucky to have his expertise to help construct our Treasure Pools team.

Jordan Decker
Construction Manager
Jordan Decker is a construction manager here at Treasure Pools. He has been in the pool construction business for over 20 years. Jordan started in pool construction at a young age with his father and is still working by his side here at Treasure Pools to ensure the best quality of work and to bring each customer’s vision of their dream pool to reality. Jordan will remain present throughout the entire process to ensure each stage of your dream pool construction meets or exceeds your every expectation.

JR O’Connor
Construction Coordinator
JR has been with Treasure Pools for over 5 years and in the industry for over 7 years. As the Construction Coordinator, he has done everything from managing all aspects of the swimming pool construction process to ensuring that he sees his projects all the way through. This means from the actual sale and contract being signed to the completion of the swimming pool. Nothing makes him happier than seeing his clients excited about their new backyard. He truly believes that providing exceptional customer service is just as important as an amazing finished project.
JR O’Connor – Construction Manager
Wes Lachance
Remodeling Manager
Wes joined the Treasure Pools team to manage pool remodeling projects. He has over 10 years experience in the pool industry. He’s also hold an AAS degree in Industrial Operation Management and is a licensed Water Treatment Operator. And, currently, his Residential Pool Contractor License is pending. When Wes isn’t working, he enjoys exercising, hunting and riding his MX. His biggest accolade his is 2 year old son! “I really enjoy working with the Treasure Pools team, they are a pleasure to work with. And, I’m excited for the opportunity to grow the remodeling side of the business.”

Richard Berrins
Design Consultant
Richard Berins is a Design Consultant on the team over here at Treasure Pools. He joins the team having 6.5 years in the pool business. Richard consistently has an eye for quality product that is produced at a fair price, making Treasure Pools designs unique yet affordable. Richard, an innovator at heart, takes clients specific needs and wants and translates them into practical designs making everyone’s backyards a dream come true.

Paul is our senior staff designer with 39 years of experience in Palm Beach County. Gary Reilly

Gary is native to Miami, Florida and has been a part of the Treasure Pools Team since 2017. He has an extensive background in product design and development with 25 years in sales and marketing. The transition into the pool industry has been very rewarding. Assisting in bringing one’s back yard dreams to reality has been quite exciting. It is quite refreshing to be part of such a great team.

With nearly 35 years of experience in the industry, Tom has a passion for the design and installation of superior swimming pool projects. He is committed to his clients’ satisfaction, and truly enjoys making their visions come to life. >From the initial consultation to the final swimming pool design, he strives to make the entire process both rewarding and fun! Tom works closely with his clients to bring their swimming pool projects to life, and looks forward to creating the backyard of your dreams.

2024 will be my 10th Year in the pool business with Treasure Pools. It has been my privilege to work with 100’s of Families, as well as Builders, guiding them through the Transformation Process from a simple back yard to a Lifestyle changing Oasis. My Passion has always been the Design Side of this Process. To this day, nearly 10 years later, I am still fascinated when I see our Designs and Renderings come to Life, and ultimately deliver a Beautiful, Finished Product of the Highest Quality to our Customers, and that is and will always be the Greatest part of the Process!!

Office Manager
Jari Costa has more than 25 years’ experience in office management, accounting, and bookkeeping. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from FAU with specialization in International Business. He is originally from Brazil, living in South Florida for more than 30 years. He also speaks Portuguese and Spanish. His past experience as a Project Manager and Educational Consultant helped build his distinguished qualities as a hard worker, energetic and outstanding problem-solving attitude. He loves living in the Sunshine State and spending time on the beach with family and friends.

Christian Santana
Permits Coordinator
As the Treasure Pools Permit Coordinator Christian’s main responsibility within the company is handling the permit process from creating the permits to final approval. He has been working with Treasure Pools for over 5 years. Christian is a Florida Native, he loves living here. In his free time he enjoys photography, music and hanging out with friends and family. “I love working at Treasure Pools because I feel like we have a strong, reliable team that all work well together and all do their best to satisfy our customers.”
